Event Policy

Thank you for registering to attend the Let's Talk DXB Live event. Please see below our event policy.

All sales final: Tickets purchased for the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to another individual.

Event cancellation: In the rare event that the event is cancelled by the organiser, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If the event cannot be rescheduled, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.

Change of plans: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the event. However, we cannot offer refunds for changes in your personal or professional plans. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, travel disruptions, or scheduling conflicts.

No-Show policy: If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, your ticket will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Event access: Your ticket grants you access to the event on the specified date(s) and time(s) only. Spaces are limited, and only ticket holders will be granted access to the event.  

Social media, videography and photography

Purpose

This policy outlines guidelines for photography and videography at events organised by Let's Talk DXB Powered by Skyye Creative. It aims to ensure the privacy, safety, and comfort of all participants while maintaining the integrity of our events.

Scope

This policy applies to all attendees, including, but not limited to, guests, speakers, volunteers, staff, and organisers, at events hosted or sponsored by Let's Talk DXB Powered by Skyye Creative.

Consent

Photography and videography may be conducted at events for promotional, documentation, or archival purposes. Participants consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded by attending the event. Attendees have the right to decline being photographed or filmed. They may request directly to the photographer or videographer to remain out of the frame of any direct footage. 

Use of Images

Images captured at the event may be used for promotional materials, social media, website content, and other marketing purposes related to Let's Talk DXB Powered by Skyye Creative.

Copyright

All official images captured at the event are the property of Let's Talk DXB Powered by Skyye Creative. 

Attendees retain the rights to their own likeness. However, by attending the event, they grant Let's Talk DXB Powered by Skyye Creative the right to use their likeness in promotional materials.

Social media etiquette

Attendees are encouraged to share their own photos and experiences from the event on social media using designated event hashtags or handles. Attendees should be mindful of posting photos that could be disrespectful or invasive of others' privacy.

Modification

Let's Talk DXB Skyye Creative reserves the right to modify or update this policy as needed.
