The live event builds on a recorded Let’s Talk DXB podcast conversation exploring adult friendships and loneliness through the lens of real human experience and professional insight. 

In line with the Let’s Talk DXB mission - human stories designed to support your learning and growth, this conversation creates space for authentic, diverse and educational conversation for people who are building, rebuilding and becoming.

The event aims to:

• Offer an honest and emotionally safe space to explore adult friendships.
   
• Help attendees understand the different “buckets” of friendships we experience across life.
   
• Acknowledge the reality that loneliness can exist without a solid, genuine support system.
   
• Equip attendees with practical insight and language to navigate connection with intention.

With a small and curated group, the event will facilitate in-depth conversations and create connections among like-minded individuals.
